In Tent City
No new music in two whole weeks. Well, that’s been set right.
Ryan Adams‘ Love is Hell. I’ve been liking a couple of Ryan Adams’ tracks for a while now, and I thought the album would be worth it. Sounds like it was. Need to get my hands on the rest of his stuff too.
U2’s Rattle and Hum. A very safe bet. Just like the movie, but without the pictures.
William Shatner’s Has Been. Surprisingly good. There’s some forgettable moments, but I don’t think this album is supposed to be taken very seriously anyway.
Tori Amos‘ The Beekeeper. After only a couple of listens, The Beekeeper sounds fantastic - much better than I expected.
Powderfinger’s Odyssey Number Five. Four years ago the theme song from the Commonwealth games was Powderfinger’s The Metre. I absolutely loved the song, but only figured out what it was some time last year. Soon as I knew, I had the Odyssey Number Five album on my list. It’s even better than I remember.

Sometimes I think you just buy cds for the sake of it. Probably to give you something to talk about on here.
